JW3 Attends the National Harvest Service

A produce display outside Westminster Abbey to celebrate the Harvest Festival

Amy, our Foodbank Coordinator, was invited by The Felix Project to attend the Harvest Festival Service at Westminster Abbey on 16 October.

The festival is held in celebration of harvest and in recognition of farmers and those working to tackle food poverty across the UK. It was an absolute honour to be able to attend, alongside the Queen and other volunteers from food banks and redistribution charities.

The Felix Project generously provide us with fresh produce each week which we pack and distribute to local families in need.
